The German-Emirati Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK) was founded in May 2009. The AHK is the first chamber of commerce in the Gulf and the first international institution to succeed in establishing a bilateral chamber of commerce at federal level.

Qatar

The Qatar market is served by the staff of the AHK representative office in Doha. With a further representative office in Oman and experts for the Kuwait market, we offer services for four countries in the Gulf region. The most important partners in Germany are the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHKs), the trade associations and the state institutions for foreign trade promotion. In the host country, the AHK is an important point of contact for business, politics and administration.

Hongkong

The German Industry and Commerce Ltd. (GIC) represents German business interests in Hong Kong and the Greater China region, and promotes Germany as a business location, together with the German Consulate General and the local representative office of Germany Trade & Invest.

Malaysia

The German-Malaysian Chamber of Industry and Commerce has been active in Malaysia since 1991 and successfully fulfils its role as a representative body, member organisation and service provider.

India

Incorporated in 1956, the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce or AHK Indien is the primary contact for Indian and German Companies who want to do business with each other.
