Project Intern | Beijing | Posted on Sep. 12, 2025

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the planning and on-site execution of large-scale business events 
  • Follow up on communication and liaison with Chinese and German companies, including data research, collection, integration, and statistics 
  • Draft event-related content and create PowerPoint presentations 
  • Translate materials between Chinese and English/Chinese and German 
  • Support other projects and administrative tasks 

 

Requirements: 

  • Final year undergraduate student or master student
  • Native Chinese speaker with strong written and oral English communication skills; German proficiency is a plus 
  • Strong writing and translation skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills; proactive, conscientious, and team-oriented 
  • Able to start ASAP, with availability to intern at least 3 days per week until the end of November

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting market research, collecting and organizing information on industry trends, markets, and competitors
  • Support the preparation of departmental reports, including data analysis and PowerPoint design, ensuring clarity and professionalism
  • Assist in cross-department communication and coordination to ensure smooth information flow and project execution
  • Manage WeChat public account content, including editing and publishing, and use tools like Xiumi for formatting and optimization
  • Provide video production support, including basic video editing, content brainstorming, and related tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Major in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related fields preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong skills in data analysis and report preparation

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analysis of topics driving Sino-German business relations with a focus on the business and policy environment in China
  • Supporting the Government Affairs & Advocacy Team with communication of policies
  • Supporting the Government Affairs & Advocacy Team with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Carrying out other projects as necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Student at a Chinese University (X Visa) with the permission of the university to carry out an “off campus internship
  • Native German speaker. Fluent in both oral & written English and good Chinese skills.
  • Solid MS Office skills are a must (especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, ability to observe confidentiality. Able to work independently.
  • Duration: 3-6 months, starting ASAP.
  • Part-time internship (min. 3 days/week) is possible.
